We absolutely loved our 2‑day stay at W15 Hanthana, a wonderfully calm and peaceful place with fantastic service from start to finish; a special thank you to manager Mafas, butler Nivod, Manjula, and our tour guide for taking such great care of us—everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Good food, nice location and view, and good service, but I have been double‑charged for the room all‑inclusive by mistake and am still waiting for the refund after almost a month and multiple requests, which always receive a polite answer but no action from their side.
