“Falta de comprometimento com o cliente!”
Nada! Tudo! The Hotel JF cancelled my stay while I was traveling. I had booked through Booking at a cheaper price, and they apparently offered the same room directly at a much higher rate because the Agrishow was happening in Ribeirão Preto and all the hotels in the area were inflating their prices due to demand. I think they saw they could make more money with another guest, so they simply ignored my reservation. They showed total dishonesty and no concern for the customer. As a result, I had to drive an extra 1h30m to Rio Claro to find accommodation, at night and already exhausted, because I was coming from Brasília with my family and luggage in the car.
