Rooms feature air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies and free Wi‑Fi, with family and ground‑floor options. The on‑site restaurant serves Italian cuisine with vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free dishes, complemented by live evening entertainment. Nearby Spiaggia di Levante is a five‑minute walk away.

The facilities were good, clean and friendly. The downside was the open view from the breakfast room onto the full trash containers.

The room was spacious and clean, and the order and cleanliness extended to all outdoor areas and the large, comfortable parking lot. A special shout‑out goes to the solarium/pool area, kept in great shape thanks to lifeguard Giuseppe – kudos for his hospitality, professionalism and attentiveness. Bravo Giuseppe! The real disappointment was having breakfast with a view of the waste area; a simple cover would have made a big difference. Dinner could use a lot of improvement in both quality and plating – simpler dishes would be better than a half‑hearted gourmet attempt. The service management was completely unacceptable; staying in the last week of the season does not excuse the early closure of reception, justified by an employee who said, “at this hour there is no one.” Guests pay for full service until the last day. Finally, at 22:45 the bar lights were suddenly turned off without warning just because the staff had to finish their shift. A little courtesy in asking us to move elsewhere would have been enough.

The pool and the lifeguard were great; he was very attentive, but the breakfast and coffee were bad, there were ants in the room, the shower was clogged, and the towel rack was broken.
