“Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”
The spot was great, just a short walk from the metro. But the price was outrageous for the room offered, the portable AC with its internal motor was too loud, the pillows were too high, and the bathroom was tiny.
“Great location stay”
The spot was fantastic and the staff responded quickly to any question. We were three people and the space felt extremely cramped with our luggage; the shower was too small for an adult to move around comfortably. Both the bed and sofa bed mattresses were terrible and I still feel the effects. The shower head leaked, and the AC unit also leaked, both of which had to be repaired.
The stay was excellent! The place was very well located, the beds were super comfortable, and the linens were nice. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and there was convenient luggage storage. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning or a fan, which didn’t bother us because the weather was cool, but could be an issue in summer. The bathroom box was tight. Overall we loved it and recommend it!

The location was strategic, just steps from the Cavour metro stop and the Colosseum. The AC was noisy and didn’t cool the room much. Elizabeth was very helpful and immediately gave us a fan when we reported the issue. The shower step was high and inconvenient. Fixing these would make the stay even more comfortable.
