“Amazing view and a wonderful stay in Cusco”

We had a wonderful stay here! The view over Cusco is absolutely breathtaking and, in my opinion, one of the best views you can find in the city. It really made our stay special. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. The girl who welcomed us was also extremely kind and helpful. She gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor issues with the room: some things in the bathroom were not working properly, including the shower drain and a light. The heater also made quite a lot of noise during the night, probably because of air in the pipes, and the room lock was slightly damaged

The best parts were the location and the friendly staff, and the hotel was very quiet because there are only a few rooms and it sits in the middle of the block, away from street noise. The biggest downside was the drain smell in the room; after a few minutes we got used to it, but it still felt off. Our room was on the lower floor and the window was far from the bed, making the space very dark.

“Peut mieux faire...”

The location is perfect, the room and bathroom are spacious, the terrace offers a view over central Cusco, the garden is lovely and very quiet. The heating only runs from 18:00 to 06:00 and even then it’s erratic, so an extra blanket is essential; the restaurant isn’t heated, making breakfast less enjoyable, and the lounge’s fireplace is always off, which is a shame because the city view is beautiful but the cold keeps you from staying. In my view these issues are serious enough to make the price and four‑star rating unjustified, especially after reading the other reviews.

“Hôtel cosy à taille humaine. Bien placé à CUZCO centre historique”

A cozy, human‑sized hotel located right in Cusco’s historic center with a great breakfast. The 5‑bedroom room was a bit small but it worked for us, and the bathroom was clean. On the last day we grabbed a take‑away breakfast because we were leaving very early, and it didn’t live up to the hotel’s standards—just basic.
