The rooms were spacious and clean. The dining area was cramped and lacked ventilation, and breakfast was very unpleasant.

Chambre avec clim. Bonne literie. Frigo avec de l'eau fraîche à la réception. Bon emplacement sur l'ile. Petit dej industriel non varié. Personnel non attentif. Propreté de la salle à désirer. Concernant la chambre, pas de changement de draps de la semaine. Les serviettes 1 fois la veille du départ et 2 personnes sur 3. Idem pour le tapis de bain. Pas de ménage global de la chambre. Hôtel très bruyant. Présence du personnel très limitée. J'attends encore ma facture

la professionalità e gentilezza della signora che preparava la colazione. Soggiorno da incubo: disservizi inaccettabili e igiene inesistente Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque. La camera era sporca al nostro arrivo e, cosa incredibile, non è mai stata pulita per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Come se non bastasse, siamo rimasti un'intera notte senza acqua calda, impossibilitati a lavarci. Abbiamo provato a chiedere aiuto, ma di notte la struttura è completamente abbandonata a se stessa e non c'è nessuno dello staff a garantire assistenza agli ospiti. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata al momento del pagamento: non accettano il POS, costringendoci a rimediare in altro modo. Un servizio pessimo, primitivo e privo di qualsiasi rispetto per il cliente. Struttura da evitare assolutamente
