The specialty restaurant was great, but there was no minibar in the room and the coffee quality in the café dropped dramatically.

The staff at the specialty restaurant were friendly, especially Enrique Robles, Roger, Brayan, Jesús, and others. When I arrived and got the room, there were no towels, no iron, and the safe wouldn’t open because they had set a wrong combination, but the front desk lady fixed everything.

The restaurant service is excellent, the staff attentive, and we didn’t have to wait in long lines. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the pools are beautiful and tidy, and the specialty restaurant is lovely. I had an issue with access: I hired a private tour, but they wouldn’t let the driver in even with proper ID; we had to walk to a somewhat remote entrance while I was carrying a baby and an elderly person, which felt utterly disrespectful. The beach area is a bit neglected and needs more maintenance and cleaning.
