“Perfect!”

Origin Lombok is a beautiful hotel; the pool area is especially stunning and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and lovely, with a view straight onto the pool. The whole property is well kept and great for photos. The location is very good—just a 5‑10 minute drive into the centre of Kuta—and it’s easy to arrange scooter rentals or taxis through the hotel. I didn’t use the spa, but three of my friends had massages and were very happy with them. What made this stay special was the staff: everyone is kind and cheerful, going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. Thank you to the team 🥰. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was average, but that’s not a reason not to stay given the many amazing restaurants in Kuta.

Origin Lombok is a solid hotel that gives off a relaxed, chill vibe. The property is well laid out with two pools, a spa, a breakfast area, and a separate restaurant. The plants were chosen well and made the place look very aesthetic. The staff were great—warm, helpful, and super friendly, especially Junaidi, Mia, Nabila, and Amat, who made our stay memorable. The location is convenient; you can reach central Kuta in 5‑10 minutes by scooter. We’d stay here again. On the downside, although the rooms are spacious, the layout could separate the shower and toilet better. Some areas of the rooms show signs of neglect. We found ants in the room when we arrived, and the toilet wasn’t the cleanest.

The hotel was pretty, everything was organized neatly, the staff were very friendly, and a special shout‑out to Mia.

The hotel was just fine, nothing special. I stayed there for one night before heading back home. Thanks to Ahmad for the welcome, but the rest left a lot to be desired.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the pool was cool, the spa was pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely a 10/10. The only downside was that the staff kept asking me to leave a 10/10 review afterwards, even though they already deserved it.
