We loved everything. My family and I were very comfortable and well taken care of; the staff were attentive, they pushed carts around the hotel without any hassle, the food was delicious, and they’re so cute I fell in love! We would definitely come back. They offer everything and keep the place very clean. The only disappointment was that the lazy river wasn’t functioning, which was our main expectation and we couldn’t swim in it.

The staff were super friendly, attentive and kind; the restaurants were always ready to help, and they even gave us a tote to carry our buffet food to the airport at check‑out. Everything was included in the price, even the snacks left in the room. A mix‑up happened with my room reservation, but they fixed it instantly. The food was excellent, varied, the restaurants cooked well, and the drinks were great – 10/10. The only downside was that the lazy river wasn’t working; we had chosen to stay there for that famous Lazy River because it was my niece’s dream, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it.

“Maravilloso”

I really liked the staff – very attentive, friendly, pleasant, and excellent. The only issue was the wait for the accommodation.

“Very nice but not for us currently.”

Room was well maintained, Clean and spacious and had plenty of towels toiletries, a hair dryer and mini fridge. The grounds were immaculate. It was very big and too much going on and not personal enough for us at this time. Having said that it would be great for families and children and would have been perfect for for us 10 years ago
