The rooms were amazing, yet the pool was closed for a day and for two nights the hotel was full of schoolchildren, making it noisy and unpleasant; I’m still waiting for a refund.

The receptionist was friendly, the bathroom and bedding were clean, but the doors, AC, fridge, and phone were faulty, and laundry never returned our bag.

The quiet atmosphere and staff were good, but there was no water tap in the bathroom, no prayer area, and no Qibla indicator for me as a Muslim.
