The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're traveling. The hotel's location is also pretty great – you're close to all the main attractions. However, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the value for money. For the same price, I've stayed in other places that were way better, so it's a bit of a shame.
