The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was far better than you’d expect at a two‑star hotel, the location wasn’t ideal for the Marciana seafront, and the price felt a little high, yet overall I left with a positive impression.

It’s a no‑frills two‑star hotel with a great breakfast and a decent location not far from the promenade, though a few minor maintenance tasks would make the stay more pleasant; overall I would recommend it.

The breakfast area is nicely designed and the breakfast itself is acceptable; Mr. Tommaso was very helpful with any request. It’s about a 10‑minute walk from the Marciana Marina promenade. The bathroom was poorly maintained, the toilet seat wasn’t fixed, there was no shelf under the mirror, and room 107 was very damp. There was no space to hang towels or other drying items, so we had to put them on the external window handle. A few small fixes would improve the situation considerably (my personal opinion, I don’t want to sound presumptuous).
