The location, cleanliness and friendly service were great. The restaurant food didn't taste good to me, neither the breakfast nor the à la carte dishes.

The location and the staff’s attitude were fine. They had to move us three times, the last time to a junior suite because of the issue, but that room was also dirty and had many stains on the beds of all three rooms. The floor was extremely dirty; the cleaning needs improvement. I have videos if anyone from Antaris is interested, but we decided not to stay there again, even though we had recommended it to many families because of its proximity to clinics that attract a lot of people from Tamaulipas and other states. This was our fifth time staying at that hotel.

The food was great and the place is well situated. The room had leaks and they moved us to a cheaper one, gave us no adjustment or compensation for the price difference and nobody acknowledged it; the hallway was dirty.

The cleaning was excellent. We couldn't get into the pool because of the weather.
