The staff were very friendly, two women at the front desk provided great service. The location was perfect and close to everything. Be sure to try the cookies.

Breakfast was very expensive; I would have expected it to be included as a buffet. There was no free breakfast.

The location was good and the front desk staff were pleasant. However, room service never returned and my room was never serviced on Saturday. There was paper—probably packaging from toilet paper rolls—in the hallways, and the electrical outlet by the vanity in my room didn’t work.
