The property itself isn’t great, and while the staff’s hospitality was lacking, they were uncooperative when I needed medical help; I had tooth pain all night and they wouldn’t provide assistance or help me get medicine from outside, despite my attempts to persuade them.

There was nothing to like about the property. The hotel’s mats were very dirty, and the room had an uneven smell.

The room was still under renovation, with paint chipping off the walls. The bar was booked for a wedding, so we had to cancel our plans.

The swimming pool and club room were great, but the buffet service was poor; we had to wait in line for a simple chapati while dishes were empty, and overall cleanliness was lacking.

We had a confirmation email, yet the staff at the property said we hadn't booked; we were embarrassed in front of our guests. I advise everyone not to book here.
