Only the location was good; everything else was bad. The hotel staff demanded extra money beyond the price, claiming that online rates are very low and that it is a loss for them, and they said they had mistakenly accepted the confirmation. Cleaning was absent; I stayed two days and they never changed the bedsheets. No towel was provided, so I had to ask for one.

Nothing. When we reached they told that the room for 1000rs was not available and forced to pay 1800rs. We didnt receieve any help from Oyo and booking. Com customer care as well. The customer care team behaves like they are a kid who dont know anything

It’s somewhere at the basement entrance and one‑floor hotel; better people avoid this mess. The staff are scammers; I had a booking but they denied it and asked for extra money. I don’t know what’s wrong with Oyo, but it’s getting hard to trust Oyo booking.

Nothing; the owner wasn’t reachable, the staff overbooked the place and refused my booking. The place is a dark alley‑type corner, and the staff refused to give me a room, argued, and wasn’t willing to cancel the booking from their side.
