“It was terrible to find the property”
Nothing visible from the balcony. The access road is dangerous and very hard to find the property.
The vibe, food, and cleanliness were great, but the staff were not available after 11 pm in case of any need.
The location itself is decent and the view is amazing, but the overall cleanliness was poor, the whole place smelled strongly of alcohol, and maintenance was lacking and could use improvement.
“Terrible experience”
The pictures on booking.commonly. Very disappointing experience. The property was significantly different from what was shown in the pictures and description. The room had a damp, moist feel, the bathroom was not clean, and there was visible rust on the shower and jet spray. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained and the cleanliness was far below what we expected. We also did not get the early check-in we expected, and there was no proper or secure arrangement for keeping our luggage, which meant we had to carry it around with us during the day. The condition of the property was so uncomfortable that we checked out within about an hour of checking in and did not stay for the day. This was one of our worst accommodation experiences, especially considering the significant difference between the actual property and what was presented in the listing. I would not recommend this property unless its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards are substantially improved
