Very modern and pretty apartment, quiet location. The staff were very friendly. An early check‑in was no problem. Breakfast is served in a lovely café about 5 walking minutes away. The city center can be reached comfortably in about 30 walking minutes. I’d come back again. ❤️

Everything was spotless and modern, and there were public parking spots available. The DIY breakfast was modest, with pre‑packed croissants and coffee sachets.

What a fantastic stay in La Spezia! The host communicated well, and the check‑in was quick and hassle‑free. The spot is convenient: it takes no more than 10 minutes walking downhill to the train station, and the last 10 minutes back up to the apartment are a steep but doable climb. There are plenty of shops around and an amazing doner shop just a block away. The apartment itself is huge, super clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the daily housekeeping; the Wi‑Fi was strong and dependable. Complimentary coffee and tea were a real bonus for early‑morning trips to Cinque Terre or for catching the train home. Nothing to complain about – a flawless experience!

A very beautiful two‑bedroom apartment with a renovated kitchen, a stunning view of the city and the port, and very quiet. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the train station, with a 150‑meter climb at the end because, as its name implies, it sits on the hills. But again, what a view! The owner was very responsive whenever we needed something.

You have to walk 5 minutes to get breakfast. They look annoyed when you ask for hot chocolate. The hotel is a 15‑minute walk from the station with a steep climb!
