The reception was friendly, the hotel was beautifully renovated, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast was hearty; they organized transportation around the region, and the place is close to the Savitsky Museum and the bazaar. Nothing to add.

The staff were outstanding, handling every special request with care and professionalism, but everything else was just fine.

The best hotel in town! Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the price was a great deal. The tour of the Aral Sea was excellent, and they let us leave our gear and shower after the tour at the nearby hotel.

The hotel is very convenient and the front desk service is great. It’s close to the art museum, and next to it is a nice Turkish restaurant.

A centrally located hotel with large rooms spread over three floors and no elevator (the newer sister hotel does have one). The staff are very friendly and speak several languages, which is impressive. Breakfast offers a good variety and fruit, and some common areas feature paintings that nicely reference the Savitsky art museum—having a few in the rooms would be fun.
