The staff were nice, understanding and quick, and we really liked the breakfast. The cleanliness was terrible, everything was old, the pillows smelled of cigarette smoke and I couldn't sleep until morning; the bathrooms were very old and had stains and bad marks everywhere, so we never felt comfortable with the maintenance. The pillows had hair on them; they were replaced immediately but it was still an annoying situation.
