The front desk lady seemed reluctant to help, spending more time outside than at the desk; I had to change rooms because the AC was broken, but she didn’t believe us, and the room already had a burnt‑out light when I entered; there was no body wash in the shower, which is maddening for a $200 a night and definitely not worth the price.
