We stayed in a beautiful, welcoming property with an excellent location, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. A special shout‑out to Olena, who took care of us at breakfast every morning with warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile. She was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with any request, and her friendliness created a truly positive atmosphere that made us feel genuinely cared for and welcome.

I would recommend this place without hesitation! The spot is great, right next to Dante metro station, and both the historic center and Quartieri Spagnoli are within easy walking distance. My room was huge, spotless, and the building, though old, was surprisingly quiet—almost no noise from other rooms or the street. Breakfast was lovingly prepared and a lovely way to start the day. I never met anyone at reception, but the self‑check‑in worked flawlessly and was very easy. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Naples!

The room was the perfect size and very well thought out. I was happy overall; the staff were fantastic. The only annoyance was the entrance gate: the code worked but the lock on the door was broken, so the key didn’t work. This was fixed very quickly.
