My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel and everything was great—from the staff to the room. We requested a taxi several times from reception, and they called one for us. After a day, our booking on Booking was cancelled for some reason; I contacted the hotel but received no satisfactory reply. The booking was cancelled on Booking even though we had stayed and paid.

Everything was clean and it was super. I liked that there’s a washing machine and dryer on the floor, so you can wash your clothes, and if you leave them in the wash, the staff will carefully fold them and put them in a bag by the room when you return. The staff were lovely and helped us a lot. The only issue was a man from cleaning who smokes while working, so the rooms were smoky—only 1 point for that. Also, the staff didn’t speak English, but with a phone translator we managed to understand each other.

This hotel is pretty good for locals, nothing to complain about. But, I gotta say, finding this place was a nightmare - I was totally lost, and I can imagine it's even tougher for foreigners who aren't familiar with the area.
