I had no positive points to mention. Before arriving, I sent several messages but got no reply. When I got there, I had to drive around the complex several times because there were no parking instructions or a clear way to enter the garage. The receptionist didn’t speak English, making it almost impossible to get useful information during check‑in. Inside the room, the first surprises started: it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bed linen was stained, and the shower was partially broken. Only a bedsheet lay on the bed, no blanket at all. In the kitchen drawer I found just one fork and a knife, both with dried food residue and no dishwashing liquid. Random items like scissors and, oddly, a potato peeler were also there. The next day, after spending the whole day outside in 40 °C heat, I returned to a room with two huge packaged mattresses placed right in the middle. I was confused and uncomfortable, wondering why they were there and who had entered my room without telling me. Housekeeping wasn’t provided daily. I asked reception for an explanation and to have them removed, but the same receptionist who didn’t speak English told me to wait in line behind about 30 guests who had just arrived for check‑in. Given the overall state of cleanliness throughout the property, I eventually gave up on using the swimming pool. To be honest, after seeing the room’s condition, the stained bedding, the dirty cutlery, and the general lack of hygiene, I didn’t feel safe risking my health by using the pool facilities.

The accommodation offered gyms, a pool, a cafeteria and a lounge area—very full of services. However, we were given a room with a disabled bathroom that flooded every time we showered.

“Un desastre total”

I’m a disaster; I’m tired of requesting invoices and still haven’t received them. The staff are incompetent. I’m ready to file a complaint.
