I didn’t like it at all; there was no mini fridge even though the app photos showed one, and the bed didn’t feel comfortable.
“Nada atrativa, essa foto ai nada a ver.”
Nothing positive, but the bedding, towels, and sheets were missing elastic bands.
It was the coldest night of the year; I decided to sleep until the next day, but I left feeling exhausted. There was only one blanket per person and they were basically useless, like patches—I asked for more and they didn’t give any. We were two people and only one towel. At 05:30 nobody slept because of the noise from the kitchen and hallway—so loud that I felt like I was in a prison, with the kitchen staff shouting, banging pots, laughing, and yelling.
The room was spotless and the breakfast tasted really good, and I have nothing to complain about.
“Pessimo.”
The only thing it had was a location; we expected a simple place just to sleep, but it fell short—blankets looked dirty, the bathroom had a fly, the toilet lid was yellowed and the bowl was filthy, the pillow was made of scraps, only one towel was provided for three people, there was no soap in the room for the shower, and the phone didn’t work to call reception.
