Nothing positive. The room was ridiculous, on the fifth floor without an elevator, no one to help with luggage—only a restaurant waiter downstairs was called—and there was no space even to open the suitcases. I don't understand how booking can list this hotel.

Location and friendliness were good, but the hot water took a long time to come on and the bathroom was somewhat basic.

The attached cafe was a great spot to unwind, but one night the shower had no hot water and we had to request the thin service.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, yet the double bed was very small, the curtains didn't cover the window, and it was quite noisy.
