I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The rest of my experience was a disaster. The hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation, and then tried to charge me for a no-show. It was a complete mess.

I'm not sure what happened at this hotel, but everything seemed to be going wrong. I prepaid for a room, but when I arrived, they claimed I didn't have a reservation.
