I liked how close the hotel was to the metro and the surrounding area, the hotel had a touch of luxury, was very quiet, and the staff were friendly; I didn't try the restaurant or breakfast. However, after staying eight days, the housekeeping was disappointing: only the bed was made, towels changed, and bins emptied; the floor was barely cleaned, the rug had stains, dust remained around the beds, and moving our luggage revealed more dust behind it—quite let down by the room cleanliness for the price paid, though overall I still enjoyed the hotel.
