“I wish there was heater in the room”

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The location was also a major plus, being just a 10-minute walk from the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no heater in the hotel, which made for a very chilly stay during the winter months. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem too aware of the issue and weren't very helpful in finding a solution.

“Overpriced”

“Good option when you can reach with Metro everywhere!”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the Metro, which made getting around a breeze, and the staff were incredibly helpful and proactive in solving any issues that arose. However, I had some skin irritation due to the water, which was a bit of a nuisance - I'm not sure what the problem is, but it was a drawback. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there's room for improvement.
