We fell in love with this little slice of paradise. The bungalows are adorable and have outdoor seating areas. We were surprised by how few mosquitoes there were and didn’t see any other bugs, so the net was unnecessary. The lack of air conditioning was fine because it didn’t get too hot. The bathrooms are cleaned daily, very tidy and well equipped. A bar next to the bungalows has a great vibe, good music, and cocktails. The owners are very friendly, and there’s a sweet dog. The location is convenient, the hosts are nice, and the facilities are clean and new. Unfortunately there’s no AC, I got bitten by insects, and I even found a frog in my shoe (in my role?).

The bamboo bungalow felt very authentic, the bedding was good, and there was a fan and mosquito net. We only needed a shared fridge for cold water. The communal toilets and showers were very clean, though the water was cold, which was fine. The environment was very quiet, with birds waking us up, and it was about two kilometres from the best beach on the island. In late March to early April it was scorching hot, but there were very few people. The only thing missing was a small shared fridge for cold water, which would have been perfect, lol.
This is pure roots music, exactly what we needed! 😊🙏
