Close to the city centre, friendly staff, open 24 hours. I had trouble getting in touch with the hotel to confirm whether my late arrival would be okay and if someone would be at the desk. I tried contacting them through booking but got no response, so I eventually asked a Romanian friend to call them.

I discovered this hotel four years ago when I came to Bucharest for a surgical operation, and I’ve had about three more surgeries since then. I also take bus trips that start from Bucharest, and every time I come back to this hotel. It may not be the best in Bucharest, but it’s a good price‑quality compromise.
