There was no sitting chair or desk, the room was so small that a wheelchair couldn’t pass from the handicap bathroom into it, and the staff showed no interest in accommodating my needs; everything was disappointing.

The breakfast wasn’t great, and the coffee tasted like hot water; the bathroom had mold, dust, and cobwebs on the ceiling and wall seams, the room smelled stale, and the heater emitted a bad odor when turned on—overall I was not impressed and felt I could have paid less elsewhere.
