The hotel is a 3-minute walk to Greenbelt Malls and Glorietta Malls, and a 5-minute walk to the Ayala Museum and SM Makati.

We stayed in May 2026 and Raffles was wonderful. The complimentary tea ceremony and evening cocktails were organized at the highest level. The staff’s attitude toward the child was exceptional. Several shopping centers were nearby, which was very convenient.

We loved everything about the property, especially the warmth and kindness from all the Raffles and Fairmont staff who accommodated all of our needs; the restaurant breakfast buffet, swimming pools, spa services, and rooftop bar were all amazing, and the location next to malls and restaurants was perfect. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we’re grateful for the warm welcome and for going out of your way to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfast was fine, service was quick and efficient, the Eggs Benedict were too watery, but the tomatoes were the best I’ve ever tasted. The coffee was a bit watery, and the breakfast buffet didn’t offer as wide a selection of food as comparable hotels in Manila.
