“Took my money & booking then turned off their phones and never opened up!”
I never even got in. They accepted my booking, didn’t read it properly, and sent an email asking for my check‑in time for the next day. I only saw the email when I was 10 minutes away from the venue; they had turned their phone off and no one was there to let me in at 6.15 pm. They took my money and didn’t answer my calls or open the property for me to stay. Even the next day they left the phone on voicemail. When I asked for a refund they were incredibly rude and lied that I hadn’t replied with my arrival time, even though they hadn’t read the booking. I have the proof of emails. Then they accused me of calling them in the middle of the night. I have all the proof of times, and it was still daylight at 18.24 when I made my last call, which went to voicemail. This was still within check‑in time according to their website. No apology for their lack of service or the error in reading the booking date—just total rudeness and arrogance.
