Good and friendly service, clean and tidy, always helpful especially Halima and Faith. The checkout time was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very cozy, but shortly after arrival the bathroom drain flooded; the staff responded quickly and swapped us for a larger room. Everyone was fantastic and they even prepared a surprise for our anniversary ❤️🙏. Nothing else; everything was great.
