Everything from the room to the cleanliness to the breakfast was perfect.

Pay more attention to details inside and outside the room; the room on floor –1 had a mountain view that was definitely limited.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location, though a bit removed from the center, was still good for reaching points of interest. The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations for a 4‑star hotel, everything was fine but the selection was somewhat limited. The services offered, both in terms of comfort (empty minibar, no SPA, no pool) and dining (the restaurant operated like a pensione, only with continuous advance booking for the stay and no ability to choose day‑by‑day whether to dine there).
