The hotel was exceptionally nice and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
The food was a disaster, everything was cold and soggy; I’m shocked at how poorly it was prepared.
The staff were amazing—so kind and helpful. We had to stay longer than planned after our flight was cancelled; they worked hard to get a room ready for us and even upgraded our room type. The hotel sits right next to a very nice beach, and the river to the side is very pretty. We hadn’t planned to stay here, but we’re very glad that we did.
I was blown away by the experience and I’m already planning to return next year.
