The gym was decent, although it lacked water, and the location was good. However, the staff invented rules on the spot and some of them had a low socio‑cultural level.

The gym was there, but without water. It seemed like rules were invented at any moment, and I wasn’t informed about them beforehand. These rules aren’t visible in the booking.

The staff were very pretty‑faceted and the hotel personnel were wonderful. I booked through Bookint, but the receptionist said there was no reservation, which shocked me; I wrote a complaint to the customer service and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours, but I never did.
