The internet was awful. The receptionist, a woman with glasses, was rude and clearly lacked any customer‑service or hospitality skills. When I mentioned the poor connection after coming down to the reception, she immediately said there were no rooms available because we were fully booked and that was the only option, adding that I could leave the property if I wanted. I was shocked, went back to my room, packed my bag, dropped the key, and asked for a refund; she replied it would take six months to process. I asked what she meant, noting that I had paid in cash and wanted my money back now. She had no way to return my cash. The hotel itself is very average and tiny. I do not recommend it. I normally keep quiet about such issues during my five years of frequent business travel in this region, but this was my first truly bad experience. Luckily, I found a fantastic hotel immediately after checking out, and that night I had enough internet to finish my meetings and emails until I left the next morning.

The spot was great, just a few metres from the national museum, and the staff welcomed us warmly. All in all, my stay was beautiful and comfortable 😍
