The hotel was well‑situated, not far from the one I had originally planned to stay at. The staff were very pleasant and professional. I wasn’t housed in the originally planned hotel because it was under renovation. The management knew well that I wouldn’t be accommodated there between my booking and the start of the works, yet I was only warned at the last moment on the road. Additionally, it was the first time I saw a visually stunning bed (king‑size) that actually consisted of two 80 cm mattresses joined together (with a gap) plus a undersized Queen‑size topper, creating two extra hollows on the sides that forced me to sleep on an 80 cm surface instead of a spacious bed.

Boa localização, edificio bonito. (1) O horário do bar não coincidia com o indicado no site; (2) O aparelho de TV não funcionava.e nada foi feito para resolver a questão; (3) A limpeza do quarto deverá ser melhor

The only positive was the location. The room was smelly, stuffy, with wallpaper peeling from the walls, and the shower was terrible. It was nasty! We stayed in August, it was hot, the room was unbearably hot, and we couldn’t sleep.
