“Great property in a good location”
Clean, comfortable, and well‑located with a good price. Great for a group, each of us had our own rooms. The staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The room looked a bit dated but was acceptable, and the service was excellent. The bathroom was old and worn, and the kitchenette was only average.

Location is fine. Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t open early enough for breakfast and the reception seemed to have limited hours.

We stayed in a rear unit that was very quiet. The spot was within easy walking distance of restaurants, Hagley Park, and the hospital. The room was very spacious and clean, and having car parking was convenient—something some motels in Christchurch don’t offer.
