I had stayed here a year ago and liked it, which is why I returned, but this latest visit was anything but pleasant. I requested a room with two beds, yet we were given a small room with a single bed. When I raised the issue, Mr. César said no other rooms were available. After sending a WhatsApp message again, within 5 minutes a room became available—one bed was extra-large and the other was tiny. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the only cleaning done was taking out the bathroom trash. After this weekend, I don't recommend the place and definitely won't return.

It was well located for my needs, but the reservation was for a triple room and we were given a double room, with a bathroom that was very small.

The location was excellent, though the hotel itself isn't the prettiest, it is comfortable and has hot water.
