The location was fine. The treadmill didn’t work. The elliptical didn’t work. My television didn’t work. They switched my room and then my fridge didn’t work.

When I stepped into the room, it felt clean and the bed was inviting. The linen was crisp and spotless! I'm not a fan of the blanket option, but it was fine for a one‑night stay. The coffee was warm, not hot, and I didn't like the sugar packets or the biscuits.

When we first arrived, the TV was not working. They came and tried to troubleshoot it, but nothing happened. They gave us another room to accommodate us.

The location was nice, close to where we needed to go. It took a while to check out. The desk person was sick. I wish she had gotten someone to cover her. It took over 10 minutes to check out.

It was close to my job. It was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The elevators r pretty small
