Both the stay and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was dull. The pillows weren’t comfortable to sleep on; they were hard and lumpy.

Everything was perfect, nothing could be improved.

The location was excellent, the Havaist bus from the airport arrived about 300 metri away from the hotel, and the main sights in Istanbul were close by. The receptionist was very helpful, handing out a map of Istanbul and explaining the attractions. The room was a comfortable size and quiet. Breakfast was a bit sparse but adequate. If I ever return to Istanbul, I’ll almost certainly book a room here again.
