The staff were extremely friendly, the owner helped with everything you needed, the rooms and the villa overall were beautiful and very quiet, the location was breathtaking, breakfast was excellent with nothing to complain about. We were there in the fall and didn’t miss the lack of AC. A taxi gets you to the Kasbah in 10 minutes.

“Très déçue par le manque d’honnêteté”

I really wish I didn’t have to write this review about our stay at your guesthouse. When we arrived, Hassan wanted to park the car as close to the wall as possible because the street was very narrow. Note that there isn’t really a parking lot—just a few spots in a small alley. The car unfortunately got hit against the wall and was damaged. I immediately informed Hassan and his wife, and they reassured me that they would cover the costs, especially since it was a rental car. Our stay was around 7 August, and it’s been over a month since I’ve been waiting for the reimbursement of the €110 for the incurred expenses. Despite several follow‑ups, Hassan no longer responds to my messages and seems to be filtering them. I find this situation particularly disappointing and, above all, dishonest. When you commit to covering costs for your guests, the minimum is to honor that commitment or at least communicate clearly about the situation. Here, after assuring us we would be reimbursed, there is now no response despite my many reminders. It’s especially regrettable that this incident happened on my birthday and I would have preferred to enjoy the stay rather than deal with this kind of issue. Beyond the €110, it’s the lack of follow‑up, communication and respect for the commitment that disappoints me.

The people, the setting, and the tranquility were all great. The only downside was the absence of air‑conditioning and a TV.

“Incredible property, location and accommodations!”

The villa was one of the most stunning places I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff were incredible. My butler was extremely accommodating and friendly—truly the sweetest ever! The owner and his wife were also very kind and responded instantly whenever I had a question or needed something. I’ll definitely return. The only thing that kept it from a 10 was the lack of air‑conditioning in the room, but that wasn’t a big deal.
