“A lovely find and a hotel with charm .”

The spot is great—just a 10‑minute walk from St Aubin’s harbour. The room was comfortable and spacious, with everything you need: tea/coffee facilities, water, a mini fridge, a dressing gown, and pool towels. The staff were lovely and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The pool was gorgeous, with plenty of loungers and good changing facilities. The décor could use a small refresh in some areas, but that only added to the hotel’s charm.

Haule Manor sits in a stunning location overlooking St Aubin’s bay, within walking distance of St Helier or St Aubin, and the bus service with pickup outside the hotel is very good. We stayed in a garden‑facing room that was very comfortable, the staff were attentive and helpful, and breakfast offered a good mix of continental and cooked options. We’d love to come back.

The view over the bay and the building’s history are fantastic. The parking entrance was a bit tight and could use clearer signage.

“Nice place but no lifts are a big issue.”

The location was very good beside the town and with a good bus network, offering great views. When we arrived, a strong smell of sewage filled the room, and the duty manager—who seemed to juggle several roles—told us it was our problem, blaming Jersey’s sewage system. As old‑age pensioners, we had to climb 34 stairs to reach our bedroom because the property has no lifts, and it took an hour to get dinner at the restaurant.
