“Needs Improvement - Value for Money”

The rooftop offered a nice view, and the location was great with street food nearby. The reception staff could have been friendlier. They had a coffee machine, but it didn’t work for the whole week. The toilet door slides only on the upper side and can fall if not handled carefully. In a room meant for 6‑8 people, two AC units would be better; the AC breaks from 1 PM to 6 30 PM, leaving guests hot without a fan. The hostel entrance had too much water leaking in front of the door.

“ok ... but not convenient nor for a family for more than a day”

We ran out of coffee and a few other items while staying there. The beds were on the floor.

The shared room was fine and the rooftop terrace was amazing. The staff were terrible. There was no coffee, no beer, and no enthusiasm. When I asked the receptionist if we could get beer for the next day, he said no and that they wouldn’t buy it. Very unhospitality.

“Razoável, serviu para ficar 2 noites mas podia ser melhor”

The air conditioning was good. There were many stairs, a bad mattress, and the bathroom was on a different floor than the room. We had to pay extra for a towel, and because we checked in late we couldn’t get a towel right away—only the next day.

“Nice stay”

It was quiet and comfortable, but the location is a bit far from public transport and parking is limited.
