The room itself was fine, but the signs were confusing and it was unclear which wing we were in.

La habitación estaba todo lo que se podía ver, moderna y muy limpia, pero a pesar de que mi habitación incluía desayuno, no ofrecían bebidas; o las compras las llevas tú o comes sin bebidas porque no las incluyen con el desayuno.

We booked a King room, but the beds weren’t actually king size; the front desk said they were European King, which is closer to a US Queen, so why use European sizes? It’s very misleading.

We waited to be seated for breakfast & was ignored by the waitress, after waiting 10 minutes we left & got breakfast somewhere else. The entrance/signage to hotel was not well lit & had bushes/weeds blocking view & you can't see entrance until your right there. Also when we were leaving to check out before 11am the housekeeping staff came in to clean without knocking
