The staff were friendly and kind, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms felt a bit too dated; removing old, ruined items would get rid of that 80s vibe.

Breakfast was hearty and varied, drinks unlimited, the daily menu was generous and tasty, great value. The only drawback: no grab bar in the shower for seniors.

“Très bon séjour grâce à Francesco !”

We stayed five nights and were overall delighted; the hotel is very pleasant, well‑located, and has a beautiful setting. The pool is large and especially enjoyable, and the whole property is well maintained. The rooms are tidy, simple, and comfortable, and we liked the overall atmosphere. The real highlight was Francesco at reception, who was absolutely exceptional in helping my mother, who had come to Italy to trace her family roots and understand what had happened to her Italian lineage over the years. He listened, understood her approach, and assisted her in her research, enabling her to reconnect with relatives she didn’t know were related and meet people who had known her family. Beyond his professionalism, Francesco showed genuine human care, being available, kind, patient, and always extremely pleasant. For my mother, who was emotionally invested in this trip, his help truly mattered and greatly contributed to making the stay unforgettable. We truly want to thank him for everything he did; he was more than a receptionist, truly accompanying my mother in a deeply personal journey. The only small improvements we would have appreciated were a kettle or coffee machine in the room, along with tea bags or coffee, or a small gesture to prepare a hot drink. Also, the orange juice at breakfast was lacking a fresh/pressed option.
