The staff were friendly and always responded promptly to questions or comments. Breakfast was tasty, the surroundings were quite quiet, and it was reasonably close to archaeological sites. The bathroom was barebones, and the shower head barely worked for two people at once.

The location is good, but the service has worsened since last year. Back then they would change the linens, pillows, and towels and clean the room once or twice a day, but this time, over three days, no one entered the room or cleaned anything.

I like that it’s located right in the heart of Amaan, and the person who welcomed us (Abood) was incredibly helpful; the breakfast was amazing.

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt! Das Personal ist fantastisch – super herzlich, aufgeschlossen und erfüllt wirklich jeden Wunsch. Es wurde einfach alles für uns organisiert, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war das Essen: Die Köchin ist Spitze, man fühlt sich geschmacklich und von der Herzlichkeit her wie zu Hause bei Mama! Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen – man ist mittendrin im Geschehen, alles ist perfekt fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem wunderschön. Es gibt wirklich absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum aufgehoben und willkommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!. Nichts – es war rundum perfekt!
